History[]
Sam Steiger worked as a janitor at a Sleep Disorder Clinic in California. While working overnight, Steiger, a drug abuser, took an experimental sleep drug, hoping to get high. Unfortunately for Steiger, he took 8 times the recommended dosage. Steiger was technically dead for 12 minutes, during which time he had vivid hallucinations involving a world where peace reigned as all of humanity slept. When he was revived, Steiger began a murderous streak, attempting to bring the gift of sleep to the rest of the world.
